Can you gallop?

"Can you gallop?"
Nay with a neigh
I do so say
I move no faster than a scallop

"Then try a canter"
No! you know;
I will not do so
No matter how you banter

"Well why refuse to trot?"
Simply Sir Dregs
I am a horse without legs

Just me having a little fun

Comments and suggestions?

Ahaha.

I like how you ended with the no legs part...

It's good.

This is really good.
REALLY good.
It doesn't seem like such a good poem, because of it's playful nature, but this makes great use of the English language.

Apathy; that's good, I had fun writing so I hoped would find it fun

Cradle; I hardly get laughs for my work, so that's nice to hear

Ophelia; Thanks, it really means a lot hearing that from a writer of your caliber. That's why I was reluctant to post it at first, because it was kind of goofy and not "deep" like "poetry is supposed to be"
