Spay and neuter the whole fucking population.
No more procreation for everyone until you can prove to at least read, write, and speak like you have at least a lower functioning brain.
What I also found rather gross about this is the implication that she had to be black to act like that.
Remember people, only certain races are allowed to do certain things.

It's children like that that truly make me fear for my personal well being in the future.
I'm typically one to let people surcummb to their own devices, but I sincerely hope and pray that that poor dimwitted girl grows up and makes something productive of herself. Something that will attone(sp?) for that video.
