Cyber boots.

Another advice thread.
This time I bought these nice boots.
And they have a nice futuristic feel.
The only issue is the color.
It's supposed to be white, but it's a bit off-white.
And I need stark white.
Also, I want the heel to be metallic silver.
So, I wanted to know, can I spray paint them?
Or should I use something like white shoe polish?
They are made of faux leather and wood.

The heel should be easy to spray paint. It's wood, and that won't be a problem. As for lightening them, they might sell shoe lightening solutions online.

Yea, hold off on the spray paint and see if you can find a shoe specific product, shoe polish might even work.

I heard of people spray painting boots before. But I couldn't offer any solid advice :/

I've spray-painted converse, and that works fine. Never tried boots though

Spray paint for the silver should work fine, just make sure you really cover up the white part with plastic wrap and masking tape to keep it off there. I'm thinking try shoe polish first for the white.

I have heard of shoe lightening products so you may want to try searching for that (if there is a shoe repair place around you then someone there may be able to help you). As for the silver heel, paint should be just fine.
