Today I have bought....
Some purple tights ( that only I will ever see ) , a train ticket for Whitby, and 3 things from Lush - A Cerridwens Cauldron bathmelt, a Witchball bathmelt and a chunk of Spicy curl soap ( I've just used the soap ) . I SMELL YUMMY!
I NEARLY bought a skirt...but I think I shall wait until I know I have enough money for everything before I think about having it.
Come on then humour me, what have you been spending your spondoolicks on?

Hi Honeythorn,
The book is called ...
`A Handbook Of Rune Magic` by Edred Thorsson (son of Thor ?) !!!.
This book looks really interesting Honeythorn, I reccomend you check it out, I got it mainly because I`m interested in the history and culture of the Vikings !!!.

Today I bought Sex, Drugs and Rock'n'Roll.
Well, ok. I did not buy any sex but I refilled my stockpile of dubiously fast substances and I bought Nick Cave's 'Let Love In' and another copy of Iggy & The Stooges 'Raw Power'. (I gave away my first copy to a promising proselyte of all things rock'n'roll.)

Today I bought a donkey jacket because I , in my usual absent-minded behavior left my trench at the library. Subway to Sally - Bastards. The moon is a harsh mistress by Robert A. Heinlein, and a chicken sandwich.

I bought 5 Amazon swords and 3 Aponogenton Crispus ( aquatic plants ) rabbit food, 2 bags of hay , a bag of shavings ( dust free ) and guinea pig food. The shavings, pig food and one bag of the hay are for my brother's guineas though. He can't really carry all that on the back of a motorbike.

Some fancy yarn for a knitting project, some scrap leather from Tandy Leather Company to start a black leather wreath for my girl for Hallowe'en, (I make Southwestern style wreaths with leather, suede, feathers, pony beads, etc.), and some classical music to listen to while I work.

Beo, I bought myself an early Christmas present. It is a 4-CD pack of classical music by everyone from Beethoven, to Mozart, to Bach to you-name-it. Last night I was listening to Smetana's "The Moldau" and Mozart's "Serenade No. 13." Right now I am listening to "Ruslan and Ludmilla," by Glinka. As for faves, that would be hard to say. Probably Bach, but then there's Handel, and Mozart, and Tchaikovsky, and Shostakovich, and Rachmaninoff, and ..... I would just have to say pieces: Rachmaninoff's "Prelude in C sharp minor", etc., although my favorite piano piece is Schubert's "Sonata in G", and, of course Bach's "Tocata in F", etc. In short, don't get me on the subject of music. This could get lengthy.

Beo, I love Holst's "The Planets Suite", especially 'Mars' and 'Venus.' In fact, I have it somewhere. My favorites by Chopin are the "Etudes", and of course his piano concerti. Would love to PM you, but not today. Got to finish a very long ME report, and then head for the hospital for more of the same. But, it's a job.
