Fashion DIY tips and gratuitous plugs. And hair. Hair! Flow it, show it. Wait...no. That's some hippie musical. Nevermind. |

No I'm just taking random guesses at what you said and what keys to hit and coming up with surprisingly coherent posts...
Why are you still here?

You don't look distinctive, and you don't stand out from the crowd. Then again, you don't need to. There's something to be said for trying to look good, and then there's trying too hard. If you feel comfortable with your looks, fine. Do what you please. If you don't, that's alright too. Just work to change things.
A thread like this one doesn't say either of those things to me. Rather, it says that you're looking to boost your ego by having someone tell you that you already look good, when, by dint of even starting a discussion like this, you're telling us that you don't feel that way.
Might I suggest trying new things, things that you like regardless of stylistic "rules", and then rephrasing your question? Don't ask "how do I look?", but rather "I like this, what do you think?". You can get feedback that way, but you should always let your personal wants and desires be the basis for your final decision. Finally, don't restrict your questioning to "goths". Odds are you'll get similar responses regardless of how many members of one particular subculture you ask. Spread it out a bit.

I'm on this forum because I enjoy having somewhere to talk about DIY clothes.
I think the reason many of my recent posts may be considered "lame" is due to them being replies to you.
And I do not see where I claimed to be "teH bRoOtalz..."

Fuck off.
Every post Malice made has not been lame or pointless. I don't see where this 'teh brootalz' thing comes from. Malice has some pretty good ideas and isn't completely stupid when it comes to fashion. Quite the opposite.
This post makes you seem like you think you're cool for randomly attacking someone.
Grow up.

How long did it take you to persuade your mother to let you back on the computer?

No, nothing happened. I guess his mother doesn't want to let him back op the computer until he's done his homework like a good little boy...

Oh that's good.

I hadn't thought of that, any of it. My aim was to stand out and let my inner creativity out, however, I am not very creative fashion wise. I need a little help. I like to read, I like to draw stuff, I like to think about mechanical and electrical gadgets. I can get creative with those types of problems but not fashion. That's why I'm here.

Mix both of them. Make yourself an H.R. Giger shirt or something similar. A lot of his artwork looks like machinery or circuit boards. You'll be sure to find something that you can do with your clothes. But I do suggest you talk to malice, he know quite a lot about D.I.Y. and has an amazing sense of fashion.
