Used it a few years ago but after almost daily virus attacks got rid of it and switched to soulseek. Still see virus attempts but very rarely and my AV nabs it anyway.

I use a bittorrent client too (bitlord), and also feel most things I need can be found on the pirate bay.
I used to be on demonoid mostly but I lost my login when I got a new computer. For obsure(ish) music I felt I had a bit more luck there.
I check everything with Norton as soon as it gets in, I'm not sure if that's 100% safe but I figure not much can happen if you don't actually open the files. Never found anything though.

I use megaupload sendspace rapidshare to find all the goods. And of course pirate bay.

It seemed like Frostwire was pretty good at filtering out a lot of the virus files back when I used it.
Being on Ubuntu now, I don't have to worry about that. I use gtk-gnutella in place of Frostwire, Nicotine for the Soulseek network, and Transmission for torrents.
