I haven't had sex in a month. And I won't be for another two weeks. Unless, of course, I decide to use the permission my wife gave me to have a girlfriend on the side. But my hand is still working fine for now.

I have a similar set up with my current partner.

Any guy I'd care to have and actually... any girl she's cool with me having. o_0 It's one of the damned good things about it I think.

Funny thing, despite this, I'm still finding sex to be lacking and honestly, the stuff is anything but vanilla. Oh well.

I don't really get it. How does a girl saying she likes sex get her male attention? Don't guys just assume that their partner enjoys sex to keep a healthy ego and because they don't want to feel "inadequate"?

There are guys who think that if a chick talks about enjoying sex she's doing it to be cool or to get guys to notice her.
Usually the guys who think this are just angry because every girl that they've banged has either decided to be a lesbian or decided she hates sex.

That's not what he's getting at at all. I think he's making a jest of a predominant theme in your poetry. It's not like he's giving you hell for enjoying sex, he's merrily reacting to the last/current trend in your writing. Essentially, it was all mostly about sex of some sort.

Basically, if you talk about sex, his response would basically be, "Of course she's talking about sex, that's pretty much par for the course."

It's like me whining over some relationship trouble. Of course I would. Eventually, a reoccurring theme is bound to be met with satire.

So for some reason as of late I have really started to dislike my body, its gotten to the point where I dislike being naked, which is a bit of an issue as Jake is rather fond of seeing me naked and isn't a fan of sex with clothes on. Its weird, I know that my body hasn't really changed in the last few months, I weigh the same, wear the same clothes, get the same number of creepy, older men hitting on me when I go out.

Its been a year for me. I've dated since but just haven't been interested enough in a guy to get that serious. I miss it sometimes but for the most part I don't really care and I'm not looking.

Probably doesn't help though that the best lover I ever had is my left hand.
