Necro... but what the hell.
1. Black tea and müsli with unsweetened soy milk for breakfast
2. Black tea
3. My cat
4. Email, blogging and Gnet
5. Music (my personal demon)
6. Books
7. My daily religious rituals
8. Movement. I tend to fall into doing acting excersises without even noticing. Taiji and Qigong are my ways of trying to get the same effect without looking so darn stupid doing it.
9. Meditation
10. Laughter and interesting discussion. Oh, and good- tasting vegan food and fresh fruit. Preferrably as often as possible.

My MP3 player. I cannot work without it. I get really distracted and the place where I work can only pick up one radio station, which is utter shite of the worst variety.
A book.
Sitting in the garden for a few minitues.
And currently, I have to watch the video to Peter murphy's " cuts you up " on Youtube. He was SO gorgeous, espescially in that video, I HAVE to watch it, just once is enough.

What gets me through the day:
1. Music
2. Philosophy
3. Coffee
4. Internet
5. Walking (it helps me think)
Now, in addition to those, I'm honestly afraid that I'm starting to get addicted to cigarettes. At the concert I went to last night, I had at least 5. Oh, and it's almost starting to turn into a daily habit. I've had at least one a day for the past few days. I've been so stressed the last few months that it feels nice to escape that for a few moments in time. Of course, I probably shouldn't be admitting to that, as if my girlfriend reads this, she will physically murder me (she doesn't know).
Let's hope she avoids this thread.

Ok. Whatever you have to say to make it not sound like an underpants on the outside fetish.

Cute...I'd say that George Clooney was enough to make anyone a Batman nerd though...Who could argue with a costume with nipples?
