It was pretty good actually. I never finished the book, so I don't know how faithful it was to the original, but as a movie it was worth the price of admission IMO.

Coming soon (or not so soon)...300!

300 is a comic by Frank Miller illustrating the story of Leonidas and the 300 and the battle at the Thermopyles, the hot gates. A historically excellent adaption of a story in Herodot's histories.

The story might be quite dry for some. No love story and the such, it's all about war and the mentality of a "camp-society", a society, that had totally focused on military strengh.

I've seen some conceptart and parts of the storyboard at an arts forum today...and they look great.

I'm very very curious how the movie turns out.

I think The Da Vinci Code is going to be a great movie.Too bad it's not going to be displayed here since the book was also banned by the church.
