Granted. Unfortunately you can only speak 'perfect Japanese'. Just that one phrase. You can't even change your tone of voice, it's always this droll, dull-sounding phrase. Turns out saying this phrase is the worst thing you can do to a Melanesian Frog-Worshipper, and they end up sacrificing your soft parts to their Slimy Green God.

Granted. Your body produces its own caffeine, which causes you to never sleep. Soon the bags under your eyes get so large you have to get plastic surgery to remove them. While you are in surgery, the surgeon mistakenly gives you a breast augmentation. Now you have double D's, and an ugly face. Soon the world wants nothing to do with you, and you are forced to live as a hermit in a shack in the mountains of Alaska.

The zealous people decide to end wars at once with a final "King of the Hill" war, killing first the unbelievers and minnority religions, then fighting the apocalypse against each other.
It destroyed 80% of the people, but, hey! It seems like the end of war, and lasted only two weeks.
I wish there is a population decrease as prior to the demographic explosion.

I'll grant my own wish....
There is a quick demographic decrease in the next four decades.
This was accomplished by better sexual protection and an increase in Romanticism that made people want to wait for the "right one".
This has stopped a lot of STDs and the decrease in population has helped fight world hunger and poverty (at least to certain extent)
Yay! A wish that ended happily!!
