Yes, it depends on what you mean by "questionable ethics", whether or not those questionable ethics have been publicly addressed and/or corrected, and how long ago the company did the things in question. I'd be a little less concerned about the CEO having an affair than finding out they secretly kill puppies to make their products, for example.
