How do I delete my account?

Agreed :P You can't delete your posts, nor will administrators turn on this function JUST for you. You are stuck with having made the posts you have, now just go away :P

It is clearly started in the FAQ that you cannot delete an account and once the editing period is over (five minutes) your posts are here forever unless there are extenuating circumstances such as you account being hacked.

Only if they could cause problems for the site, otherwise they stay.
