Wow, thats an answer and a half...romantic...but as the woman I would not want to be in that situation. Although, you seem charming enough and I look forward to reading your posts. Warm welcomes!

Never heard of Tristania?! They're like a darker, less symphonic version of Nightwish, with three fantastic singers.
Welcome BlackPaladin. I take it you like older Tristania stuff?

Meh, Tristania are less...over the top. They're recent stuff is more acoustic but still very edgy. The older stuff was more medieval-ish, but 'Beyond the Veil' was an amazing album.

Yay another Tristania fan!
I haven't heard Beauty Of A Witch though. Is that a bonus track or a demo?

Welcome to Gothic.net. You know, my home town shares it's name with the capital of Overijssel. It's rather odd though, a small rural town populated with mainly people of Native American/Spanish descent...with a Dutch name.

i never took notice of the name of my town until one summer a pair of Dutch cyclists came through...

Sorry, rambling.

Again, welcome...and i'll reiterate Wolfie's sentiments...please don't be a wanker (no offence, it's just we've been getting alot of trolling fucktards as of late).

If you've heard of Sirenia go check them out, they're basically a newer version of old Tristania. & I guess that bonus track is on 'Widow's Weed's'. Well, it's nice having someone to chat about Tristania with, nobody I know has heard of them.

Yup Morten Veland ex-Tristania started them up. They're similar to the old stuff. Which is also similar to Theatre Of Tragedy's old stuff. If you haven't heard of them, you probably would like their album 'Velvet Darkness They Fear'.
