Heh heh, my my old workplace. Cool store, but it was somewhat ruled with an iron fist and payed nothing so I had to leave.

Invader Zim is great. No matter how many times I see it, it still makes me laugh. Definitely one of my favorite cartoons.

Invader Zim is one of the best cartoons ever. End of story. Haha, every weeknight at 10 and 10:30 I watch Zim on the Nicktoons channel before getting ready for bed. I love it!

I mean, the only things he had made at the time were those "violent" comics of his.
I really couldn't have said it better myself. Jhonen is extremely intelligent with the way he writes, Gwish being a favorite, but what I always loved were the little bits he wrote before the comic on the inside of the cover. Always something intellectual in there. As far as getting hired by Nickolodeon goes, in the DVD's commentary they bring that up. Nickolodeon was looking for an "edgey" show, and one of their people came across Vasquez and made the mistake of liking him. The rest is beautiful history.

I love Invader Zim. So much. It's just so creative and original. Jhonen Vazquez is sheer genius I tell you. He really managed to capture in essence of COMPLETE CHAOS, DISORDER, AND INSANITY into a masterpiece of a cartoon. My favorite episodes would say are Zim Eats Waffles and The Wettening. Oh, and don't forget the Halloween special.

Wow, I just read Johnny The Homicidal Maniac about a week ago, prior to that it had been almost two years since I'd read it. I think I'll borrow the season 1 DVD of Invader Zim from a friend of mine tomarrow...

I just love Invader Zim!! I got the DVD set in the house box with a GIR in the roof that opens up. Since that show came on, I found a cartoon I can enjoy especially as an adult.

I can watch it over and over without getting bored. Just gotta love GIR doing all the goofy things (eating, playing with Piggy and annoying Zim).

Few favorite quotes from the show:

-"Invasion flows in my veins like giant radioactive rubber pants!!!!!"
-"YOU, OBEY THE FIST!!!!"
-"more piggies GIR, I demand more piggieeeeess!!!!"

Invader Zim is one of the best shows ever created on this Earth. All hail Jhonen Vazquez for blessing us with hilarious and insane characters. The most noteable: the uncontrolably loveable Gir.

Dib always bored me with his "X-Files" ego.

Gaz brings the "Goth" in the show.

YESSSS, more of Gir would have kept the show on the air more perhaps.

I'm thinking of making a Gir stuffed doll or something, just for fun, (waiting for Saddiction's reaction to this idea). I'm so amazing or evil?
