Are you sure?
I am a Christian too, the following is not intended to attack or ridicule your beliefs but to make you think. Goths apply critical thinking to everything, and it is why I am attracted to the subculture. They do not blindly accept things without reasoning first:
First, we must ascertain if you include the Old Testament in your definition of Christianity or not.
If you do, the Old Testament dictates stoning to death of those who commit adultery and of children to are disrespectful to their parents.
In this light, is "everything" that Christianity still good in your opinion?
If you do not consider the Old Testament as part of Christianity, then look at the events just posted by Romantic Raven and others: the Spanish Inquisition's Torquemada, the Salem Witch Burnings, corruption in the churches (the "slavering wolves" Christ warned us about), etc.
Do you STILL think "everything" it does is good? If so, you are blindly accepting evil as well as good, and are no better than the terrorist jihadists. One must realize, understand and accept that there is good and evil in all human endeavors, and then one can take a more mature and educated position about Christianity and it's place in the sphere of human experience.
If you are curious to learn more, I would suggest reading Samuel Johnson, a Christian writer of the 1700's.
He describes very well the predicament of thinking Christians and reality.

Uh actualy he did, in the form of the most typical metaphor of the Christian religions Jesus as the shepard must protect the flock from the wolves. Also remember how he destroyed the market that was in the temple. If your form of Christianity doesn't talk about the wrath of god as well as the evils of the world then you are blind.

You arn't a goth just because you're descended from the original goths. If anything I would say most of Europe is goth then at that rate because most Europeans have at some point had goth blood mixed into their bloodline. Today's goth has nothing to do whatsoever with what race you are.

Jesus camp describes the typical Megachurch enviroment how they are brainwashing their youth into becomming the future soldiers as well as other things. If anything I would say any religion that has somthing called a Megachurch should even be considered a religion. It's like taking a classroom and expanding it for 1000 students. Megachurches if anything are anti-christian and anti goth. They represent a quantity over quality type religion which with religion should NEVER be the case. Religion isn't about going into a luxury stadium watching a big screen with a guy telling you what to do. It's just like this famous mac commercial. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYecfV3ubP8

Oh, thanks for the heads up on those kids being satanists, I'll be sure to stay away from them now lest they curse me or summon dark powers to take away my love of Jesus or something. Who is this Neph guy, though?

People, did these statements not give it away for you? This person is obviously either a troll or someone so ignorant that they think this board is about the Germanic tribe.

Of course we realised this, but we were in such a state of shock that we simply couldn't express this thought.

Germanic Tribe? Hahahahah. I highly don't think, even with a society like this someone'd be a big enough douche to believe such. It's a troll. Ignore it, I'd suggest.
Oh, but before ignoring: Fu*k you Jesus Teen. It's people like you that make Christianity look like a total joke in the first place. You little brainless pigfuker.

Good goth...It'd be awesome to see this kid in real life, and inform him Jesus was gay. Then maybe the words ''open'' and ''minded'' could possibly apply to these self-proclaimed Christians. Might as well call them Anti-Christs.

There is NO WAY that a man and 12 companions who left their wives for the privilege of washing him and kissing him could ever be gay. EVER. ;-)

That's the thing I hate about all these protestant forms of christianity. They make people think that they are going to heaven nomatter what they do. I quote me:" if you kill me you'll go to hell" (this was to a guy I knew wouldn't regret it) him:" I'll just be forgiven"(somthing along those lines). That is just pathetic, thinking that god will forgive you for all your sins free of charge. It's worse than the Indulgences corrupt Catholic pirests sold in the middle ages that lead to protestant religions being former. Instead of paying money to have your sins be forgiven you just make a half hearted prayer to god and you go to heaven which is even worse. The protestant religions served their purpose to change the church and get rid of it's problems but not they are performing their own blasphamies. The whole reasoning behind confession is so you actualy truely feel sorry for your sins, not so you can just fuck over whoever you want and never feel bad about it yet never be punished for it. To make it worse they don't even pay attention to the evils of the world they just act all extremely ignorant and happy along the same lines as barney. That is why the protestant religions are the only religions in the world to not include demonology (yes it is a real study) and exorcisms.

We could try to kill it, but would just come back in three days. Probably telling us how it was saving us all from ourselves in the process. Lucky us!

Kid, I've got to hand it to you: you are way beyond the limits of sanity. So in your opinion, all people of other religions should be killed? And all people who don't speak English are subhuman? Well, wow, that's really flattering, considering the fact that I'm not English or American.
And killing witches? Let me give you a piece of information here: before the Inquisition came in the scene people used to practise something called "the Occult Arts", which were used both by priests and other people in order to develop a higher connection with divinity. So there is nothing wrong in doing magic. King Solomon practised it, and he was as holy as one can get (or so the Bible says).
It is a shame few people practise the Occult Arts nowadays. Unfortunately for you, I am one of those people. And right now I'm really pissed off. So get out of here before I send Astaroth to posess your soul.

Raven, I'm really sorry to say this, but you've just made an ass of yourself. This person is a troll; his only purpose is to annoy us and attempt to trick us into thinking he's serious.
Do not feed the trolls. Ignore them or make fun of them, but don't appease them.
