*yawn* boring. I've heard all this before. By the way, wanting people to pay attention does not always equal that you are a "poser", it just means you enjoy being noticed. If you want people to act how ever they want to, well they are, even if it annoys you.

Long story short, the people for which this was made are not going to be the people ready, willing or able to read it. Good idea, but the target audience won't bite.

I didn't know that "freak" was a bad word in the gothic language?
Seems like the bigger freaks become the gothic elite. The other fall to the wayside. So saying you're a freak means you are intensely one way or another. Gothics dislike bland. If anything they are saying preps never really get as much out of life, so they don't have room to judge.

This is awesome. So true.. it took me a long time to realise that being a gothic does not make me a freak. I guess it's like for gay people - you know you are something which a lot of people will not like or accept, but you know what you are and you have to be true to it no matter how people react. It is hard sometimes but I would rather be a "freak" than a cookie-cutter prep with no imagination.
