Love Chow Yun-Fat. My favorite was "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon."

Who Can Kill a Child? (1976) - good older movie involving a couple who go to an island and discover there is something wrong with it.

The Terror - 1963 was pretty good too. One of the first Jack Nicholson movies I can remember.
I loved The Day of the Triffids - 1962 when I first saw it as a kid.

If you can get hold of it, watch the 1920's version. It's remarkably good.

Agreed.
He got famous overnight for nothing (mostly by labeling his crappy movies "Tyler Perry's") and now the place is full of his shit.

It is awesomeness and awesomnosity made flesh - better than the book, which is no mean feat.

I saw that ages ago, great film! I found it quite disturbing. That movie, you may or may not know, was the origin of the Ramones chant "Gabba gabba hey". And here's a line from Bowie's glam anthem "Diamond Dogs":
As they pulled you out of the oxygen tent
You asked for the latest party
With your silicone hump and your ten inch stump
Dressed like a priest you was, Tod Browning's Freak you was
Just a bit of useless trivia...
