Keeping your pecs in shape does help keep things nice and perky, at least in my experience, not really sure if it will reverse any sagging that may have already occurred, but its at least worth a try.
Personally I don't care so much about cup size, but I have to say big nipples just really aren't my thing.

Women come in varying shapes and sizes. Saying big nipples aren't your thing is fair. But women are born with what they're born with. I know there's a whole lot of women who have body image issues because of their nipple or areola size. And that really shouldn't be.
Also, why is it most of the people on the internet (I'm not saying you are making this mistake, Sol or Vin) don't know the difference between big nipples and big areolas?
And, speaking of nipples, I couldn't resist posting this:

You know, when it comes to nipples being hard... it makes me think of sneezing and having only one get hard... right through the bra and everything... but the other one one saying "hhheeey I'm still sssleeping.. five more minutes"... hee hee.
One thing I must say, is that its pretty fucked up to make some one feel bad about their body just because it violates some one person's aesthetic. Its only flesh and blood... and good looks fade away into wrinkles and flab.... and its ok.

Yeah I don't like big nips, big areolas aren't really my thing either but they don't bother me like big nipples do (which I fully blame on my old roommate and how she thought it was a fun party trick to hang on her nipples, she could fit four on a nip but only three would be able to stay on their own, which was just creepy). I'm not going to make fun of someone for it but yeah big turn off for me.

Predictably, I dislike my nipples ( well more the areolas really ) . The actual nipple bit that sticks out is ok I guess, but I have oval areolas. Rather annoying and odd looking to my eyes but the guy I'm seeing doesn't seem to mind so I guess I can deal with it. He's got a strong constitution though, he's seen and touched my fat and still has the use of his eyes and part of his brain !

I can't say I've ever seen anyone do that. I have heard strippers do so but I hate strippers, they're all far too muscular for my taste

I was a 42G before. I'm still a 42 I think, but I'm not sure what my cup size is yet. I want to say it's probably down to a large C or a small D, but I'll have to wait until I'm completely healed & the swelling has gone down from the stitching and infection.
Ask me again in 1 to 2 months.

I agree. I kid a lot about not having boobs but I know I'd look ridiculous if they were big. And they're super perky which is a plus. I don't really have a preference either way, depends on who they're attached to.
