Hello my little gothlings : )
Hello Gothlings : )
I recently found out that avoiding the sun / wearing sunscreens could cause one to become vitamin D3 deficient.
Though there may be no symptoms at all, it may lead to complications down the road.
Just wanted to inform those who avoid the sun to take a vitamin D3 supplement daily.
This is just part of maintaining a beautiful and healthy body!
Have a good day!
Lots of love,
Leesah

Are you a spambot trying to lead us to buy Vitamin D supplements?
Anyway, most people in the US and Canada are D deficient, not just the heliophobes.

I blame the rise of technology, nerds are taking over the world. We just haven't caught on yet.
Also, to the OP, fuck you, I belong to no one, except maybe those who have earned that right or people I have sold the rights to my body to. You know what, I belong to everyone. Except you.

Why would you avoid the sun anyway? It rocks.

Today was so nice and sunny. I hated that I had to work but I did manage to find a few excuses to get outside for a but and enjoy the lovely weather.

Apparently yes, I spent a few hours outside yesterday while wearing sunscreen and have turned a lovely shade of pink on my face, shoulders, chest, and upper back, the parts of me that didn't burn (like my arms) are the exact same color that they were at the start of the day. I guess I'll have to trade in the SPF 15 for 35.

Don't feel bad, I got a ridiculous burn last summer. I changed my shirt to a lower neck shirt and didn't think to reapply sunscreen, so my tits were burned and no other part of me.

I always get ridiculous burns, no matter the amounts of sunblock I use.

Sorry, I'm a bit sleep deprived, I haven't been picking up on a lot today. I haven't been sleeping terribly well lately so last night I decided to try a sleep aid and it was by far the worst night's sleep that I can remember ever having.

I burn easily and have to wear factor 50. I get it most on my shoulders, chest and across my nose and cheeks >.<
Sunburn is the reason I have a fringe/bangs. When I was about.. 20 I once spent all day in the sun with my hair scraped back .Despite the sunblock my massive forehead got badly burned, and I ended up with a load of tiny blisters that decided to peel en masse.
Attractive.
After that I just pulled the front sections forward and chopped it. Voila fringe.

Hats don't suit me I'm afraid. Not sun hats anyway. Only pull on wooly beanie hats look remotely normal. I'd love a nice sunhat but they all look shit once they are placed onto my head. My mother has the same problem, can't find a hat to suit her at all
