I have two massive bags of peanut butter M&M's that my boyfriend brought me back from the US and I can't eat them because of my very strict diet. It's making me uncomfortably tempted just having them in the room with me.

I heard of a course in northern NSW where you go on retreat for a month, no speaking etc... but it costs tens of thousands of dollars - I think I'm in the wrong business.
