Do you think he honestly gives a shit what people think? I'm pretty sure he knows how he's viewed within the subculture itself. If you look at the progression of his albums, it's become less about money and more about the art; he's got more than enough money alotted to him.
I personally think he's doing it for shits and giggles. I mean, if I were to do something like this, I wouldn't be doing it for the appeal of money, I'd do it for shits and giggles to see how many people caught on to what I was attempting to do.
It's likely going to bomb out, but who knows. I'm still curious.

Black lipstick can look hot if used right.
Anyway, I actually have a very good pale foundation that's not quite white face. I'd take pictures but the flash in my camera kind of messes with it. I'll have to get up early for once :/

I would say that only 1 out of 10 people who wear black lipstick look decent in it.I think it's really crass to wear it these days because it seems like the only people who wear it any longer are younger people who associate goth with Slipknot and baggy jeans. It seems like a whole bunch of people think that slapping on black lipstick automatically makes them goth. I'm generalizing a bit, so I know that not everybody is like that.Besides dark red lipstick, or burgandy, looks better.

There are many people that look hot in black lipstick - I'd say most of the girls here would look incredibly hot to me in black lipstick. I realize it's not for everyone, and I realize the commercial negatives of it in recent years but c'mon...
what really needs to make a come back are dark purples and blues - darker than the 80's colors for sure - jet black hair and purple lips... now that would make me melt

Note: This entire post is a giant personal opinion not meant to sway or offend any Manson Fans.
Is it blasphemy to cringe at the mention of Manson? I'll admit around the day of the Antichrist Superstar and Smells like Children I was all about the Manson... Back when the music was evil and sick and the lyrics weren't crap. But now... too me he sounds like a mock David Bowie with less talent then a nostalgic Creed verse. Give me Dani Filth pre-tubby asshole stage (when the sweet hearted Nicholas Barker was still pounding skins) You want some genuinely wicked lyrics worthy of an intelligent ear... (assuming you can understand a word the man screeches Filth is the way to go. Although the irritatingly funny thing is... Manson is Dani's inspiration.
Ahh sweet wicked irony.
Oh and.. go Manson!! Show Mary K who's her Daddy...

Umm... Dani's Inspiration is not Marilyn Manson, you stupid fuck! Both their first albums came out at the same times. And again Dani's inspiration is NOT Marilyn Manson, you stupid fuck!!!!!!
I'm sorry I just get mad when someone as stupid as that guy, says something stupider then himself. But, only if someone goes and makes fun of, (or says a filthy lie) about my favourite band.

A lot of people are obviously going to think its a little strange but I say its about time. I adore Marilyn Manson, he's an inspiration to me for how admirable he is. He's amazing and I'd quite willingly spend over £100 on the make-up.

I had on black lipstick for my avatar picture, but I really rarely wear it; I prefer either deep purple or something odd like pale blue (I've got a lovely pale bluish-purple one that makes me look a bit cyanotic; it looks great with dark eye makeup.).

So, if Manson brought out a new collection of low quality shoes that are highly priced, you would still buy it because you're a fan?

When I hear that Marilyn Manson is creating his own cosmetic/fragrance line, I get this icky feeling in the pit of my stomach and begin to cringe...

It's not supposed to do that to you until you actually smell it.

Well, I'll only give credit to Manson if he manages to beat Britney Spears and J.Lo's fragance line, in terms of quality-wise not quantity sold.
Also, just because you think a perfume smells nice, that does not conclude it is a good perfume.

Manson has a good sound, but in all honesty, I never considered his lyrics to have much meaning to begin with. It's all been said before. Also, his lyrics are more... mundane then I would like. I'm hard to impress. Tell me that "God" is dead in plain, blunt english and I'll ignore you. Tell me a unique fable about *why* "God" is dead, and I'll listen.

I would by this fragrance, and perhaps some make-up if it is reasonably priced and I like the smell/look of it. I could really care less who's line it is. How does that change the fact that it is or isn't of good quality?
