Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance PICS
Nicolas Cage is back as Ghost Rider for the sequel to Ghost Rider (2007) titled Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. This time around he is hiding out in Europe, presumably since the first movie left off. Johnny has still not come to terms with being Ghost Rider, and now the church needs him to save a young boy that Mephistopheles is trying to use to come to earth. He must, once again, become Ghost Rider and use his powers to not only save the boy, but ultimately the world from Mephistopheles. In this installment, a character from the comic book, Danny Ketch, will be making an appearance. Roxanne will not be reappearing, however her storyline had already veered from the comic books in the first film. Instead of battling Blackheart, who was the antagonist in the first film, Ghost Rider will be pitted against others such as Blackout. Ciaran Hinds portrays The Devil. Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance is due to be released on February 17, 2012.
