Fright Night DVD and Blu-Ray

| |

A strange new neighbor moves in, prompting Charley Brewster to begin peeking out his window and staking out the house when a rash of local murders start to occur. The Fright Night 2011 remake of the Fright Night 1985 original, “Fright Night” is a revamp full of effects and tension. Charley’s friend, Ed, and girlfriend, Amy, are both accounted for, however, the relationships have changed. The most obvious change is the character of Jerry, the new neighbor. Chris Sarandon played him with a style and grace that was fitting of older style vamps, while Colin Farrell brings a modern, quick-paced feel to the film. Despite their differences, both movies are great in their own ways, and not to be missed for the vampire fan.
